Joy

Joy completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney. She is passionate about working with people from every walk of life, and strives to support people in pursuing their goals and achieving independence.

Since graduating, Joy has gained extensive experience working with children of all ages in both clinic and community settings, supporting clients with a range of conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and achondroplasia.

Joy has assisted her clients across a variety of areas, including self-care and school readiness skills, assistive technology and complex positioning, sensory processing and integration, emotional regulation, and social skills.

Joy believes strongly in supporting children and their families by prioritising their goals and values, and empowering children to participate in roles and activities that are meaningful to them.
