Laura

Laura completed a Bachelor of Science and Master of Speech Pathology at the University of Queensland, and is passionate about providing patient- and family-centred care to support her clients in achieving their goals.

Laura integrates evidence-based practice into practical activities for both children and adults, to ensure therapy sessions relate to the everyday lives of her clients. She enjoys working with people of all ages and presentations, with a particular interest in helping clients develop their social communication skills.

Laura's years of experience working as a disability support worker help her develop strong therapeutic relationships with her clients, their families and their support teams, and she enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure her clients receive the most appropriate and effective support.
