Our Story

GRS was born from a vision to provide high quality, multi-disciplinary healthcare services for the disability sector.

​Our founding clinicians were both trained and had worked for many years in the Australian public health system. Through those years, they became acutely aware of the many constraints faced by therapists in their provision of care and the delays and challenges faced by community clients with disabilities seeking appropriate services. 

​

​During the NDIS rollout in 2017, our founders saw the opportunity to develop a multi-disciplinary service within the private sector that would offer therapeutic care that is efficient, individually tailored, and flexible. More crucially, this service would uphold the public health system's ethos of maintaining high-level quality assurance and providing equitable,  ethical and evidence-based care.

​Over the past four years, our team has grown and our service delivery has continuously evolved to meet changing client needs, but our vision and mission have remained the same. We are proud to be an NDIS provider who is 100% directed and managed by clinicians, and strive to become a benchmark for quality and client satisfaction. Therefore, we have developed our core values and mission to be Passionate, Professional and Compassionate.
