Marco has been working with clients with mental and physical disability in a multidisciplinary team for over 10 years. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Sydney and has since worked across the acute, rehabilitation and geriatric setting in major mental health hospital in Sydney



Marco is a great asset to our team to service a wider range of clients that require a thorough understanding of the intricacy in managing physical and mental health disability. He has expensive experience in functional assessment and management of people with severe mental health disability and cognitive impairments.

Marco excels at using his exceptional clinical skills in functional assessment, retraining and equipment prescriptions to help clients regain their independence in the community. These include incorporating sensory modulation and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to support clients in anxiety and behavioural management as part of his rehabilitation with clients with complex physical and mental health disabilities. He has developed a large range of educational programs including falls prevention and daily living skills, smoke cessation, drug and alcohol and mindfulness exercise programs.

Marco has a passion for engaging clients in developing a client-focused therapeutic programs that will help his clients and their carers create a fulfilling and meaningful life.
